CertiLife AI Consultation Chatbot: Sales Collaboration and Operational Efficiency
Building on the CertiLife–Dr. Palette integration established in Q4 2025, MediBloc further strengthened its collaboration with CertiLife this quarter to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency. Joint go-to-market efforts expanded clinic adoption, while workflow enhancements to the AI consultation chatbot reduced the manual workload for medical staff. This collaboration serves as a clear example of how AI-driven patient engagement tools can integrate organically within the Panacea ecosystem.
Launch of ‘I’am Siljang’: A Learning Platform for Medical Aesthetics Professionals
In Q1 2026, MediBloc supported the launch of I’am Siljang (아이엠실장), a specialized B2B learning platform for professionals in the medical aesthetics field. The platform is designed to help clinic staff efficiently study categorized learning materials and assess their understanding through Typeform-style quizzes of up to five questions. With a procedure and brand directory and a community space also built in, I’am Siljang provides the knowledge and workflows that aesthetics practitioners need—all in one place.
AICC Sales Call POC
This quarter, MediBloc conducted a Proof of Concept (POC) for an AI Contact Center (AICC) solution focused on outbound sales calls to clinics. The POC was designed to leverage AI voice interaction technology to support clinic outreach, patient re-engagement, and lead conversion—while reducing dependency on manual call operations. Findings from the POC will be incorporated into the strategy for a full-scale commercial rollout of the AICC service.
Panacea Chain Update: Security Patch v2.2.1 & Upcoming Upgrade
This quarter, a security vulnerability related to validator block production was identified in the Panacea chain (Cosmos SDK-based), and an emergency patch was promptly applied. Version v2.2.1 was successfully deployed in close coordination with key validators. The patch had no impact on the consensus algorithm or deposit/withdrawal operations, and normal chain activity was maintained throughout the entire update process.
Looking ahead, a further chain upgrade is planned for Q2 2026, introducing new features to enable deeper integration with external services. This upgrade reflects MediBloc’s continued investment in expanding the technical interoperability of Panacea and building the foundation for a broader network of connected healthcare applications.
