This allows consultants to step away from manual note-taking and focus entirely on the patient.
Because Dr. Palette is a cloud-based EMR, AI Consultation connects directly to the chart rather than acting as a separate notepad. As a patient speaks, the system surfaces relevant treatment candidates with AI-generated match scores, drawing on the patient’s history, remaining treatment credits, and inventory—helping even junior consultants deliver consistent, high-quality consultations. With over two million international patients visiting Korea in 2025, the feature also transcribes patients in their own language, updates treatment recommendations in Korean in real time, and converts pricing across 11 currencies.
